The investment seeks to generate long-term capital appreciation. The fund will seek to achieve its objective through exposure to a broad set of managers, strategies and transaction types across multiple sectors, geographies and vintage years (the first year in which a fund receives capital from investors or starts making investments). Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in assets representing investments in Private Capital (“Private Capital Assets”). The fund is non-diversified.
