The investment seeks to maximize total return, consisting of current income and capital appreciation. The Advisor intends to seek to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in debt securities and credit-related investments, either directly or through separate investment structures or vehicles that provide the fund with exposure to such securities (collectively, the “Credit Investments”). Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in a portfolio of Credit Investments. The fund is non-diversified.
