The investment seeks to generate current income and capital appreciation. The fund manager selects liquid and illiquid credit investments of U.S. companies, and, to a lesser extent, non-U.S. companies, in the middle market and upper middle market; partnering with experienced private equity firms, or sponsors, in many cases with whom golub capital has invested alongside in the past; implementing the disciplined underwriting standards of golub capital; and drawing upon the aggregate experience and resources of golub capital. The fund is non-diversified.
