The investment seeks to generate attractive, consistent total returns, predominantly in the form of current income and, to a lesser extent, capital appreciation, by targeting investment opportunities with favorable risk-adjusted returns. The fund advisor invests primarily in senior secured debt, while also taking advantage of opportunistic investments in other parts of the capital structure, including senior secured stretch and unitranche facilities, second lien loans, mezzanine and mezzanine-related loans, as well as equity investments. The fund is non-diversified.
