The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective through strategic direct and indirect investment of its assets in Alternatives which provide tactical exposure to private credit, private real estate, or private equity strategies. It may also deploy option strategies including, but not limited to, covered calls, short puts, cash-secured puts, and iron-condors. The fund is non-diversified.
