The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, directly or indirectly in investment funds and other vehicles primarily invested in infrastructure assets. The manager considers “Infrastructure Assets” to be investments in physical and organizational structures and facilities needed for the operation of a society or enterprise, or the companies or projects involved in the development, maintenance, and operation of such facilities. The fund is non-diversified.
