The investment seeks to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns and current income. The manager seeks to achieve the objective by primarily investing in an industrially well-balanced and broadly distributed portfolio of primarily senior secured loans, which will typically pay interest composed of base rates (including the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (“SOFR”), the Euro Interbank Offered Rate (“EURIBOR”) and the Canadian Overnight Repo Rate Average (“CORRA”), plus a margin, to private middle market U.S. companies. The fund is non-diversified.
