The investment seeks to generate high current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital gains. The fund invests primarily in Portfolio Debt Securities. Under current market conditions, the Adviser generally expects that the majority of Portfolio Debt Securities in which the fund invests will be backed by portfolios of U.S.-based credit-related assets.
