The investment seeks to provide attractive risk adjusted returns. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in pooled investment vehicles sponsored by affiliates of Blackstone Inc., directly or indirectly, and other investments that provide exposure to a broad range of asset classes and geographies in private markets. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets directly or indirectly in a combination of Blackstone underlying funds that provide exposure to private market investments and Temporary Private Markets Exposure Proxies. The fund is non-diversified.
