The investment seeks to provide total return. The fund will seek to achieve each Fund’s investment objective by investing in income-producing assets and assets selected for long-term capital appreciation. The Adviser intends to invest the master fund’s assets primarily in a diversified portfolio of investments, including a mix of liquid, traditional equity and fixed income investments as well as less liquid, alternative and non-traditional investments. The fund is non-diversified.
