Investment Strategy
The investment seeks to maximize income while maintaining prospects for capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund manager intends to invest approximately 60% of its assets in debt instruments and approximately 40% of its assets in equity securities (the “Target Allocation”). The sub-adviser (the “Sub-Adviser”) may deviate from the Target Allocation within the range of +/- 15% relative to the Target Allocation for either the Debt Portion or the Equity Portion to adjust portfolio exposures and risk in response to changing market conditions.
