The investment seeks to achieve long-term risk-adjusted total return by investing in a portfolio of international equity securities. The fund invests primarily in equity securities of companies located outside the U.S. It may invest in non-U.S. companies of any size, including small- and mid-capitalization companies, to achieve its objective. The fund may achieve its equity exposure either directly or indirectly, such as through participatory notes, though it does not use such indirect instruments as a means of achieving leverage.
