Investment Strategy
The investment seeks to provide total return, through a combination of capital appreciation and current income, by investing in green bonds. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings made for investment purposes) in "green bonds." "Green bonds" are bonds and notes all of the proceeds of which are used to finance projects which the Adviser believes will have a positive environmental impact. The fund normally will invest at least 40% of its assets in securities of issuers located outside the U.S. and the fund may invest up to 20% of its assets in securities of issuers located in emerging markets.
