Investment Strategy
The investment seeks to provide total return through long term capital appreciation and current income by investing, both long and short, in equity securities of real estate and real estate related companies. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (defined as net assets plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes) in both long and short positions in equity securities of "real estate" companies and "real estate related" companies (collectively "real estate companies").
