The investment seeks long-term growth of capital principally through equity investments in public companies across the market capitalization spectrum offering climate change mitigation or adaptation products and services. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of public companies offering climate change mitigation or adaptation products and services. It may invest in equity securities of U.S. and foreign companies (including issuers domiciled in emerging markets or less developed countries) with market capitalizations of any size.
