The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. Under normal market conditions the fund will invest in securities of issuers tied economically to at least six different countries excluding the United States and substantially all of the fund’s assets will be invested outside of the United States.
