The investment seeks consistent current income; the fund's secondary objectives are capital preservation and long-term capital appreciation. The adviser seeks to achieve the fund’s objective by investing primarily in (i) investments in third party private funds that themselves invest in real estate and in debt investments secured by real estate and investment funds and other pooled investment vehicles; and (ii) domestic and international publicly traded real estate securities, such as common and preferred stock of publicly listed REITs and other real estate-related companies and publicly traded real estate debt securities.
