Investment Strategy
The investment seeks to provide long-term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund’s net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in securities of small-capitalization companies that are economically tied to emerging markets countries. The Adviser’s investment process uses a combination of quantitative and traditional qualitative, fundamental analysis to identify companies exhibiting improving business momentum, attractive valuations, and high profitability.
