Day One Syndicate is Weiss Ratings' dedicated IPO research service. It gives members direct access to Weiss IPO Scores, a proprietary model that evaluates new and upcoming IPOs on investor quality, underwriter track record, industry performance, exchange, domicile and market data.

The goal is to offer members a disciplined, data-driven way to navigate the move from private markets to public ones.

Each IPO receives a Preliminary Score before trading begins. That then gets updated into a Final Score after its first day of trading: Not Investable, Investable – Added Caution, and Investable

The model is backed by 15 years of research across 3,300 IPOs. Over that period, top-scoring IPOs could have outperformed the average new listing 25-to-1 in their first year, and the model had a 74% win-rate over three years.

Membership pairs that scoring with real-time alerts by phone and email, lockup and insider-sale tracking, and regular pipeline and position updates. It also includes a full year of Weiss Ratings Plus and direct access to Editor Chris Graebe and Associate Editor Sean Levine through live member calls.

Chris Graebe and Dr. Martin Weiss invest their own money in IPOs rated Investable, but only after members receive the alert. Membership is backed by the 12-Alert Guarantee: at least 12 IPO alerts in the first 12 months, or the membership is extended at no cost.
