AJN Resources Inc. engages in the exploration and evaluation of mineral properties. The company entered into an option agreement to acquire 100% interests in the Salt Wells Lithium project located in Nevada, the United States; and binding term sheet to acquire 75% interests in exploration permits of the Kabunda South project located in the Manono Territory, Tanganyika Province, the Democratic Republic of the Congo. It holds a 70% interest in the Dabel Gold project located in northern Kenya, Marsabit County. AJN Resources Inc. was incorporated in 2016 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
