The REIT, through its subsidiaries, joint ventures and co-ownerships, is a lessor of commercial real estate properties. The Trust is listed on the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX.V") under the symbol "NET.UN", and its head office is located at 106 Gun Avenue, Pointe-Claire, Quebec, H9R 3X3. The Trust operates in one segment, commercial real estate located in Canada. Accordingly, the Trust has a single reportable segment.
