The company also has an option agreement to acquire 75% in the Everett titanium property located 40 km from the port city of Havre-Saint-Pierre, Quebec and 3 km from Rio Tinto’s producing Lac Tio titanium mine. The company was formerly known as Muzhu Mining Ltd. and changed its name to North Atlantic Titanium Corp. in January 2026.
