Pre-IPO at the Heart of a Tech More Disruptive Than AI

In just seven hours, your startup specialist Chris Graebe will sit down with Host John Daly for a special 2026 Fall Private Investment Summit.
They’ll talk about a new technology that could be even more disruptive than AI.
Chris has been tracking a private company set to play a major role in that disruption.
In the past nine months, three startups that he introduced his readers to — Starfighters, Eagle Nuclear Energy and Conexeu Sciences — became publicly traded.
So, we couldn’t wait to find out what he plans to discuss at 2 p.m. Eastern time today.
Not only were we were able to get a sneak preview of that event …
But we can share that with you before it starts!

John Daly: Let’s get into it, then. Tell us what makes this new company you’ve found so special.
Chris Graebe: John, this little-known startup is likely to become the one indispensable company that helps Fortune 500 firms, governments and militaries around the world navigate the biggest tech disruption since the internet was born.
It’s not AI … although, these strange machines could significantly enhance the power of AI models …
Early investors in this niche have already been rewarded with returns as high as 262,900% …
And honestly, I think that’s just a hint of what’s to come.
John: Well, you certainly know how to build the suspense here Chris!
But I think before we get into the specifics of this company, we need to clarify:
What exactly ARE these machines? What on earth are we dealing with here?
Chris: Yes, let’s pull the curtain back.
This device John …
… is a quantum computer.
John: This is still a pretty new field. So, can you quickly walk us through this?
What is a quantum computer?
Is it a new type of supercomputer?
Chris: Kind of … but that’s a bit of an understatement.
It’s an entirely new class of computer. And it’s capable of things that even the world’s fastest supercomputers cannot match.
Quantum computers can simulate complex molecular structures to speed up development of new drugs and precision medicines …
That’s why tech giants like Google and IBM are all investing in this tech …
In fact, IBM’s CEO Arvind Krishna said quantum will unlock $1 trillion in value.
On top of that, major financial institutions like JPMorgan Chase and HSBC are using quantum computers to run complex financial simulations up to 1,000x faster than is possible with normal computers.
But the biggest reason that the smart money is betting on quantum tech?
It’s because of how it could significantly enhance the capabilities of AI …
… and completely revolutionize cyberwarfare and cybersecurity.
John: So, let’s hear more about this new company specifically. Where do they fit into this quantum story?
Chris: They hold the key to making sure quantum computers are used to benefit humanity, rather than harm it.
They are upgrading cyber defenses for the quantum era and making sure that America’s data — including the personal data of everyone watching this ─ remains private, safe and protected from adversaries like China.
Because here’s the thing:
Like any new tech breakthrough in history, quantum computers can be used for good purposes or destructive ones.
You know, you can use nuclear fission to provide clean energy … or you can use it to make a nuclear bomb.
In a similar way, quantum computers could be used for all those good things we described earlier …
But they could also be used by bad actors to cause global chaos.
It all comes down to one word: encryption.
John: Encryption … so you mean the tech that keeps data private?
Chris: Yes.
You know, no one thinks about this as they go about their daily life. But encryption is what keeps the modern world functioning.
It protects everything from your credit card information online … to nuclear missile launch codes.
Digital encryption is what keeps the global economy functioning, keeps state secrets confidential and prevents your personal data from being stolen …
And until now, it was very secure.
The kind of encryption that protects your online bank account for example, is impossible to break with classical computers … even very powerful ones.
For example, we’re filming this in our Nashville studio right now.
Well, just a couple hours down the road from us is the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.
Inside this huge federal facility is one of the world’s most powerful supercomputers, called “Frontier.”
It takes up 7,300 square feet … contains 37,000 GPUs running nonstop … and get this:
It can perform 76.4 TRILLION calculations in the time a bullet fired from handgun to travel 1 inch through the air.
But even with all that power and speed, Frontier cannot break the encryption that protects your bank account.
It would literally take trillions of years to do it.
Longer than the entire age of the universe.
John: That’s just mindboggling.
But Chris, let me ask you: what if a hacker was using a quantum computer? How long would it take?
Chris: Now you’re seeing where I’m going with this, John!
The latest research shows that quantum computers could make encryption as we know it obsolete.
Just a few months ago in March 2026, researchers from Caltech found that, instead of taking over a trillion years to break the encryption on a bank website … a quantum computer could do it in just 10 days.
And other types of encryption could be broken in just minutes.
John: What!? That’s insane. Well, I’m glad to hear that this company you found has a solution to this mess.
Because it sounds like if something isn’t done to mitigate this threat … it would be the end of the modern world as we know it.
The internet would be non-functional, and we’d have to go back to doing everything offline again with paper.
Chris: Yes, thankfully, this company that Weiss Members get to invest in has the best chance at saving us from that nightmare scenario.
Its founders have developed what could be the only viable way to protect against the dangers of quantum computers in the wrong hands.
That’s why they have multiple generals from the U.S. military and European allies on their board, closely overseeing development …
This includes a former NATO Chief of Intelligence with a deep background in cyberwarfare …
Who, again, looked at this private company’s tech and said it would “bring peace to the world.”
John: It sounds like the world’s tech giants like the Mag 7 companies, big banks, the Department of War, intelligence agencies like the CIA and NSA … allied countries around the world and more …
… ALL of them may have no choice but to use this private company’s quantum defense if they want to have any hope of surviving in this new world.
And the team is planning to go public right away once they reach the funding threshold, right?
This isn’t one of those private deals that drag on for years, and maybe an IPO never happens?
Chris: Well, this company’s 1-A Filing with the SEC indicates its plan to go public on the New York Stock Exchange or the Nasdaq.
The exact date has not been announced yet. Which is normal, at this stage in the IPO process.
But I can tell you with certainty that this company plans to be listed and trading publicly as soon as it reaches the team’s target for this Alpha Round of funding.
And that could happen very quickly.
John: That would be huge. If all goes well, that means investors would have a chance to reap a potential profit sooner than normal.
So Chris, what’s the time frame to act here? We know the deal opens on Thursday, Sept. 17. But how long does it STAY open?
Chris: Private deals stay open until the funding goal is met, and that can vary from one deal to another.
The first deal I introduced to Weiss Members was Paladin Power. They hit their goal in 128 hours.
Taste of Nature hit their $3 million funding limit in just 78 hours.
And I’ve seen it happen faster.
OrbitBeyond, the most recent deal I selected, reached its $5 million goal in just two and a half hours!
That’s why I say, if it’s something you want to invest in, with just a few bucks or with a few thousand, it’s best not to wait.
