VIDEO: Insights From a Bitcoin Millionaire
Like almost all risk assets right now, cryptocurrencies are going through a drawn-out correction phase.
But, even if this current cycle seems endless, it will pass.
Take it from Max Wright, one of the world’s first Bitcoin (BTC) millionaires.
Max was an early supporter of Bitcoin back in 2012 and invested heavily when the King of Crypto was just $10–$13 per coin.
He tells me the coin has the potential to transform the world:
The reason that I got involved in all of this is to solve humanity’s biggest problem — the corruption of money — and Bitcoin is the thing to do that.
It’s a glorious, powerful system.
Max has earned the reputation in the crypto community as a highly regarded macroeconomist and monetary scientist.
His videos on social media have been seen by millions of people around the world, tuning in to see his bold predictions around cryptocurrency and financial markets.
Max serves as the host and moderator of interviews with our renowned crypto team, analyzing price action, growing trends and market sentiment across our crypto-focused publications, courses and newsletters.
He frequently interviews:
- Crypto Analyst Marija Matic, editor of Undiscovered Cryptos.
- NFT Analyst Joel Kruger, editor of NTF Wealth Builder.
- Crypto Income Specialist Marko Grujic, editor of Crypto Yield Hunter.
- Crypto Analyst Alex Benfield, contributor to Weiss Crypto Portfolio and Weiss Crypto Daily.
In today’s five-minute video segment, Max delves into why crypto is resilient against tough macroeconomic conditions, and why he believes Bitcoin will have 1 billion users within three to four years.
He says the coin’s fixed money supply makes it a strong deflationary tool:
When your money is being eaten away by inflation, by money-printing, you can buy Bitcoin and your purchasing power will be preserved.
Everyone knows the exact schedule of when bitcoins will be minted and when they will stop being minted.
That is known to everyone equally, so that insiders don’t have an inside run.
I would definitely suggest that any investor is somewhat foolish to not have any Bitcoin.
It goes up about 100% every year! You could find something that goes up 200%, 300% a year, but with that comes risk. To me, Bitcoin is almost a risk-free investment on a long-term time horizon.
In this insightful video, Max and I explore:
- The evolution of a market he expects to surge in the next bull run.
- Two primary reasons different parts of the world are participating.
- What to do during temporary downturns.
