The investment seeks providing current income and capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its assets, either directly or indirectly through a curated portfolio of professionally managed vehicles, including private investment companies, mutual funds and other registered investment companies in a broad spectrum of alternative strategies, including private equity, private credit, private real estate, real estate debt and credit, hedge fund strategies, hedged equity, uncorrelated or idiosyncratic and public equity and fixed income. It is non-diversified.
