The future is upon us.

That’s because in 2022, we’re getting a taste of the virtual landscape that will likely be dominant in the decades to come.

There are already ways to profit from blockchain projects that haven’t yet fully launched.

But how can investors know which projects are worth investing in? 

They can turn to blockchain expert and Weiss Crypto Analyst Marija Matic, editor of Undiscovered Cryptos and contributor to Weiss Crypto Daily.

There are hundreds of games being developed and so many of them will live within the metaverse.

In fact, she says one of the most transformational trends is the metaverse itself — 3D virtual worlds that will expand online social interactions — as well as the play-to-earn (P2E) gaming sector and non-fungible tokens (NFTs).

NFTs offer exclusive blockchain-verified ownership for anything ranging from concert tickets to digital real estate, and it’s the latter that’s exploding at breakneck speed.

• Prices of digital land plots have shot up by more than 500% in the last few months.

The metaverse project Pavia recently launched on the Cardano (ADA) blockchain, the sixth-largest crypto by market capitalization.

Land parcels in that project are currently selling on the Cardano NFT marketplace, CNFT, for as low as 750 ADA (about $1,110) and as high as 850,000 ADA (about $1.26 million).

Marija believes that one day, “virtual spaces will be more expensive when it comes to sales, than real shops in Manhattan!”
