VIDEO: Take Advantage of Today’s Tailwinds

Investors are feeling an atmosphere of uncertainty these days.

With the yield curve inverting, some economists are warning of a looming recession.

There's also talk that the Federal Reserve will hike interest rates several more times over the next few months.

Weiss Ratings research analyst Sam Blumenfeld says right now all eyes are on the Fed's next move:

The Fed is a powerful driver in the direction of the markets. A lot of how the market is moving right now is based on expectations of what it's going to do.

Is it going to take a more dovish, accommodative approach, or is it just going to rip the Band-Aid off?

Rate hikes are aimed at offsetting inflation.

Here in the U.S., inflation stands at 7.9%. That's a 40-year high and considerably higher than the Fed's long-term target of about 2%.

Sam has been tracking hundreds of assets that are gaining steam due to soaring prices.

Commodities like metals, energy and agricultural crops continue to be in a major upswing.

Sam works closely with Senior Analyst Sean Brodrick, a natural resources expert and editor of five publications, including Wealth Megatrends and SuperCycle Investor.

Subscribers to Wealth Megatrends are currently sitting on open gains of 85.15%, 81.34% and 41.49%.

That portfolio is tailored to this economic climate — a climate that could get more tumultuous in the coming weeks.

The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), which counts 38 countries as members, says the conflict in Eastern Europe could push up prices globally by about 2.5%.

And we'll soon see what comes from the latest round of economic sanctions against Russia for its ongoing invasion of Ukraine.

In recent days, the U.S. intensified sanctions against Russia's largest financial institutions (and a number of individuals tied to the Kremlin, including Russian President Vladimir Putin's two adult daughters.)

In Supercycle Investor, Sean and Sam target stocks leveraged to the critical cycles unfolding at this moment: the cycle of war and the cycle of inflation.

In fact, this convergence of cycles is creating an economic supercycle bound to impact nearly all types of investments over the next two years.

In this special four-minute video segment, Sam and I discuss investments that cater to this convergence, and sectors producing profits amid volatility.

Sam sums up why the commodities market is trending upward:

During periods of high inflation, commodities typically outperform general equities.

Commodities have strong positive tailwinds.

And the companies with commodities exposure — the ones that can pass those higher costs down to the consumer — really benefit during an inflationary period.

In this insightful video, Sam discusses:

  • A long-standing company that's a giant in an exploding sector.
  • An investment that's up 36% in less than four months.
  • Companies that qualify as "Dividend Kings."

And more!

Happy investing!
