Reuters’ Anthropic Scoop Includes Jaw-Dropping Numbers

Reuters’ Anthropic Scoop Includes Jaw-Dropping Numbers

Anthropic — maker of Claude — had confidentially filed its draft IPO prospectus with the SEC back in June.

This week, the full prospectus was leaked to Reuters.1

It showed a massive $42 billion net loss for 2025 and planned spending of $518 billion.

As someone who prefers companies that actually make money, these numbers are jaw-dropping to me.

They also require smarter people than me to understand how they’ll affect Anthropic’s upcoming IPO.

Fortunately, I know one.

Chris Graebe has been studying IPOs for a long time. And he’s certainly not ready to jump on board any of them just for the sake of it.

He’s found a way to separate the ones that fall right after they go public and others he calls “Apex IPOs.”

These outperform the other 90% of IPOs by a factor of 25x.

On Tuesday, Chris is going to share how to find these rare public offerings and how to play them.

Here’s the link for that event.

Now, as I told you last week, we are hard at work on providing even more coverage here at Weiss Ratings not just day to day … but hour to hour.

And so, we posted even more articles this week than last week.

With so much to go through, here’s what you might have missed …
